We all know the feeling. That bloated, uncomfortable sensation makes you feel like you can't seem to catch your breath. And it seems to happen at the worst times - right before a date, an important meeting, or when you're just trying to relax on the couch. While several things can cause bloating, indigestion is often one of the biggest culprits.
I have never been overweight but have been severely underweight, and I understand the hormonal challenges that many women face. My goal is to help others learn how their body works so that they don't have to struggle for answers.
