My Personal Journey: I am an accomplished coach and the author of the transformative book and workbook, Always On Your Side: Power of 13 - Your Common Sense Guide to Health and Wellness. My journey began with post-wedding weight gain, leading me to Weight Watchers, where I lost 55 pounds, only to regain them after believing I was 'cured.' In 2000, I recommitted and lost 65 pounds, marking a turning point in my health and wellness journey. For over two decades, I've maintained a weight within 2 pounds of my goal, demonstrating the resilience and transformative power of my journey. I’m not immune to indulgences like Mexican food or burgers, but I've mastered balancing what I love with a healthy lifestyle.

My Coaching Style: With over 24 years of experience, including 20 years as a Weight Watchers coach, I chose to leave in 2020 to start my own company, Always On Your Side Coaching, in 2021. I understand the weight loss journey and the mindset required for success. I believe each person is unique, and I encourage my clients to discover the path to health that works best for them. My no-nonsense approach is rooted in the belief that anyone can embrace a healthy lifestyle by shedding excuses and focusing on balanced nutrition. My Always On Your Side POWER 13 guide outlines thirteen essential elements for health and wellness, merging practical wisdom with your daily routine. I help clients choose their dietary path, dismantle obstacles, and recognize that self-imposed limitations are stepping stones to growth and evolution.
