Welcome to Day 1,

Our values are the beliefs and principles that we believe are important in the way that we live and work. They can guide our priorities, decisions, and the way we behave. The moment we honor them and choose to live based on this foundation, life feels aligned, valuable, and good.

This investigation took me quite a while, to be honest with you. So, I believe the timeframe is up to you. It’s like building the foundation of a new castle. I suggest allowing some time for this process, approximately 60 minutes.

You need some extra paper, the value list (access here), and a marker.

This chapter contains:

1) 3:00 min – Highlighting values important to you

2) 5:35 min – Making categories and adding similar values

3) 6:50 min – Prioritising the values within each category, choosing 1 each

4) 8:48 min – Bringing order into our core values, limit 5-8
Tomorrow, we tap deeper into the meaning of your values.
