Do you struggle with December chaos turning into January overwhelm? Are you tired of starting the New Year already feeling behind?
In this episode we are going to talk about 3 simple steps you can take, to help you build stronger core habits that have potential to boost your energy through the holidays. By building off of these habits in December you will feel much more prepared moving into the New Year. We have to stop assuming that our year is going to fix itself. It's time to show up for yourself in December to allow you to glide into January in a different way.
Ultimately, I am going to challenge you to adjust your habits and routines so that they are intentional around the goals you have for yourself and your family. It is possible to have a productive and yet peaceful holiday season when you learn how to prioritize properly.
