Melissa and Blair Kaplan Venables chat about how we can continue to grow resilience and prepare for the inevitable challenges we face. Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress. Blair shares her personal challenges and resilience hacks. She was inspired to create a platform to support others build resilience. She started the “I Am Resilient Project,” which is an online community where users share their stories of overcoming life’s most difficult moments.
