Cueva Bar is an eatery specializing in empanadas and tapas. Chef Oz opened Cueva Bar nine years ago, with no previous experience in owning a restaurant. He has created a warm intimate space to enjoy hand crafted empanadas and tapas. He also offers a selection of wines and beers, many of them locally produced. Chef Oz is passionate about mindful eating, sustainable sourcing of food, health and is a wonderful creative chef. Please listen as we talk with Chef Oz about his journey so far at Cueva Bar.
