Chuck Gollop is a dedicated real estate professional with a unique and diverse background. Growing up in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, Chuck spent nearly 25 years as a police officer, excelling in roles ranging from 911 operator and SWAT member to watch commander. After two serious on-duty injuries led to his medical retirement, Chuck transitioned into stand-up comedy, performing across the country as a feature entertainer before finding his true calling in real estate. In his first year, Chuck earned “Rookie of the Year” honors in an office of 140 agents, followed by numerous sales awards from three brokerages.

Now the founder of the CallUpGollop Team, Chuck leads a thriving group of 14 agents across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida, where he actively develops teams and builds his organization within eXp Realty. A 4-time eXp ICON Agent, placing him among the top producers in the company, Chuck is also recognized for his recruitment efforts as an “Epsilon” agent. With a passion for teaching agents innovative strategies and sharing the benefits of eXp Realty, Chuck continues to inspire and empower others to excel in their real estate careers.
