In this episode of the EntrePastors podcast Jon and Les have a conversation with pastor, business coach, and leadership expert Kevin Elworth. Kevin unpacks a powerful principle that, “Your future is designed by the questions you’re willing to answer.” Often in our lives and ministries, we find ourselves experiencing less than amazing results because we’ve been asking less than amazing questions. If we learn to ask better questions we will get better answers. Kevin offers up an example of this principle by posing the better question he began wrestling with as a pastor and that is, “where does our money/income come from?” He shares his story of the journey he’s been on to rethink the traditional model of full-time pastoring that needlessly requires a pastor to be 100% financially dependent upon a church that is not able to adequately support him and his family.
