Bootsy and Sal chat with Dr. Michael Pittaro, a criminal justice professor, author, and consultant. Before pursuing a career in higher education, Dr. Pittaro worked in corrections administration, and in drug and alcohol prevention and treatment programs.
Dr. Pittaro shares how he uses his real-life experiences have helped him prepare his students for the reality of life in criminal justice careers. The three also discuss the challenges facing law enforcement officers on the streets and in our jails and prisons.
