The Sherpa is a high-altitude guide. They are the leaders who climb the mountain right alongside their teams. The Sherpa is about being both "grit and grace".

Steve is taking us into another "lesson from nature" - this time it's about the MAP or the GUIDE. Steve takes us back his amazing wilderness experience in Yosemite where having a map and guide for direction was essential in not only accomplishing the mission, but also in knowing what things were needed to get there.

In this episode, Steve shines a light on a very important question - What is the fear that's holding you back from being a trailblazer? We also look at what is required for growth. He reminds us that it takes a recipe of both RISK and DISCOMFORT.
