See you ask the 99% people the reason or purpose behind their job or business that they are doing they all will have the same answer as money. And that the place where they fail .

Because if money is your purpose you will only focus on making money, you will try to keep more money with you so you will not think of building a better team because that might ask for an investment to train your employee.
