In this 3-act, 1-hour and 49-minute episode, picture this: four guys playing Italian cards in a nightclub on a Tuesday night, unpacking a moment over drinks that might just have kickstarted a new city tradition—one Montreal is simply just going to have to deal with.
Enter I Tre Bastoni: Pierpaolo Sansone, Dan Lomanto, and Vito Ciocca. Last September, they threw a pop-up on Wellington Street in Verdun, hoping for a decent turnout.
What ended up happening?
A block party filled with drinks, car stereos pumping music, and people showing up from all areas of the city to support.
In the middle of the shots of Grappa, some mandarini, and an impressive array of hand gestures, we talk about how it all began and how they are reshaping traditions and catapulting them into the future.
The concept of a Christmas Episode has been simmering since the show's inception, and we can't imagine a better way to wrap up our first season.
