Love is the antidote to fear.

It is the light that shines through the darkness.

It is the warmth that melts the ice.

When we release our fears with love,

We make space for something beautiful to grow.

We make space for joy, peace, and gratitude.

We make space for all the things that make life worth living.

PAUSE (10 SEC)...

So take another deep breath,

And feel the love fill your lungs.

Let it flow through your body, and let it wash away all your fears.
