What is self-discovery? Self-discovery is defined as "the process of acquiring insight into one's own character." This is a step that must be taken before you can become self-actualized. Self-actualization is defined as "the realization or fulfillment of one's talents and potentialities." I am a Self-actualization Coach. My mission is to live out my Christian faith by embracing the interconnectedness of all things and recognizing that every individual is of inherent value and importance. I am committed to helping people discover their worth, empowering them to realize their potential, and making a positive impact in their lives.
