1. You feel stuck and things just seem outdated. You know the old things that you do in your job or within your day-to-day no longer inspire you. You feel like something is missing, and you want the next thing.
2. You haven't learned or done anything new in a while. That’s probably the #1 time that people tend to look for growth is because they're tired of their everyday life. I will say that you don’t want to reach this point and search for a new career because in this time it’s like the stress, and the emotions come to play and that can affect you to jump into a role that may not be the right one for you
3. You have this deep desire to do something different. Trust your instincts if they tell you it's time to make a switch. Follow that dream and desire to make that career a reality the one that you maybe have thought about 1 thousand times before but your mind keeps telling you no.
