Joining Podcast Host, Jenny Butter, are Michelle Lucas and her client Katie Ellis. Michelle is the founder of Greenfields Consultancy and provides coaches with a range of flexible CPD options. Her client Katie is a senior civil servant with the UK Government. Over the past year, as part of her job, Katie has been coaching staff who also work for the civil service. This prompted her to develop her coaching skills and she’s looking forward to applying what she’s learnt.
