Our first guest is Spencer Ratliff who shares his story of starting Able Foods, a specialist disability ready made meal provider that takes the guess work out of healthy eating.
Following Spencer, we speak to Annie O'Reilly from Building Mindfulness, which is the practice of using LEGO to build your mindful journey. She tells us where her love for LEGO stemmed from and how LEGO can help being present and living in the moment.
Lastly Sean Dempsey, the CEO of Plan Partners, talks about their work as Plan Managers and as the hosts of the Bayside Disability Expo.
