Vickie Burgess has in interesting story arch that landed her in the banking industry. Her journey is not that of financial schooling and institutions that would naturally lead to banking. Rather she came from the wold of Social Work where she spent eight years working with high-risk youth offenders in Toronto. Now this start may seem to have little crossover into banking but Vickey shows that this added perspective does prove useful when working with clients as they work to build the financial plan.
