So many people think spirituality is religion, but that is not the case at all. Tyler talks about the difference between the two. She feels that spirituality is for those who recognize that life brings to them that which they create through their thoughts and actions and spiritual practices, and that people are responsible for their own spiritual life experience and believes that spirituality has to do with living with deliberation, consciously and intentionally.
