Carl is CEO and Founder of 40 Strategy. He has been an executive leader in seven different organizations who have grown by 2x to 7x. He is also a speaker, teacher, and a podcast host of the Measure Success Podcast where he talks to everyone from entrepreneurs to top executives from fortune 500 companies.

Carl grew up in poor conditions, but with moving across the country and adopting a new mindset he was able to achieve incredible things. By his mid 20’s he no longer had to worry about paying his bills and started to look for something more, realizing that financial success wasn’t everything he thought it would be he embarked on a mission of self-growth. Eventually it would lead him to founding 40 Strategy and helping others build the life of their dreams.
