Thanksgiving, my favourite celebration of the year, was just this past weekend, here in Canada. So, it’s naturally fitting that this episode is about all things gratitude!

In today’s CHAT, I dive deeper into the concept of gratitude, the benefits of it on our health and wellbeing, and top it off with three easy ways to incorporate more gratitude into your life.
