She has provided over 350 workshops on screens and kids and recently created Reconnect Webinars for teens, parents, teachers and clinicians providing research and strategies to manage balance between screens and healthy activities. Cris has two children Matt and Katie who are 42 and 28 years old and who survived and thrived growing up unplugged.
