Pro-lifers' ultimate goal is to make sure that all children—born and unborn—are recognized as full and equal members of the human race. Alabama's Supreme Court recently took a major step toward making that happen. Not only does Alabama protect unborn children from abortion even in cases of rape and incest, but the state’s Supreme Court also recently ruled that frozen embryos are children under the law.

Unfortunately, Alabama's legislature quickly moved to undo the full effect of this monumental decision. But the Alabama Supreme Court has provided a roadmap toward protecting the right to life of ALL human beings.
