The Gutzy Podcast is dedicated to connecting, supporting and empowering women on their journey towards body acceptance and self-love. Diving deep into the personal struggles, triumphs, and stories of women who have faced their own battles with body image.
Through thought-provoking interviews with experts, authors, and influencers, my aim and hope is to provide listeners with diverse perspectives and tools to help them navigate the complexities of body image.
I have yet to fully master this myself, finding complete peace with my body, though I also believe that this is a journey and that healing takes time. I now choose to look at my challenges as gifts and learning opportunities to seek to understand deeper what is going on for me, and what there still is to learn and to practice, though not always easy, coming from a place of self-compassion and kindness.
