Much is made about the creative decisions in ads for the Big Game, but how does all that money, those requisite celebrity cameos, and everything else that goes into these multi-million dollar investments translate into Return on investment? Today we’re going to talk about what the numbers tell us from all those high-profile ads and who the winners and losers of the Advertising Bowl are in 2025. To help me discuss this topic, I’d like to welcome Nataly Kelly, CMO at Zappi, who unveiled their annual Super Bowl Ad Success report on Monday. We’re here to talk about the approach, the results, and what those results mean for brands that invested a lot of money - and time - into their campaigns. About Nataly Kelly I help companies unlock global growth For more than two decades, I have helped scale businesses across borders, as an executive at B2B SaaS and MarTech companies. I’m Chief Marketing Officer at Zappi, a consumer research platform. We focus heavily on how our levels of self-esteem contributes to the type of relationships we find ourselves in, but often neglect how our self-esteem predicts the type of friendships we accept. We also tend to stay in friendships way past their expiry dates because of past memories and how long the friendship has lasted. When we struggle with low self-esteem we accept poor behaviour from 'friends' and fail to assert our needs within our friendships. This episode explores some red flags of how low self-esteem shows up in our friendships, such as friendships being rather one sided and being clingy when meeting new friends. As always, this episode also introduces some practical tools to help you set boundaries within your friendships, support you with being aware of the value you bring to your friendships and how to let go of friendships that work to lower your self-esteem. Are you ready to make some much needed changes to your friendships?…
"How did my life come to this?" and "how did I get myself into this situation yet again?" If these are the questions you are constantly asking yourself then it is likely that you are lacking self-responsibility and you fail to make responsible choices. This is something that we face often when we struggle with low self-esteem, as we find it hard to accept that we have the power to create our lives. Instead we hand that power over to others and don't consider the impact that our poor decision making has on how we experience our lives and the negative situations we invite into our lives. The higher our self-esteem raises, the more self-responsible we become. This episode explains how choices we make blindly without being self-responsible works to maintain our low self-esteem. It also introduces a technique by Gary Zukav to support you with taking the first steps to start making responsible choices. Are you ready to start choosing self-responsibility over fear?…
When we struggle with low self-esteem we try to deny reality. We are blind to how people may be miss treating us and create a false narrative in our heads. When we make the decision to live consciously we accept reality; the good and the bad. By doing so we are aware of what changes we need to make to raise our self-esteem. This episode explains what living consciously involves, how it links with self-esteem and steps you can start to take to start living consciously. It supports you with using your intuition to discover what personal steps you can take to raise your self-esteem by living consciously.…
When we struggle with low self-esteem it is likely that we struggle with imposter syndrome which is doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. These feelings can occur in the workplace, as well as in our relationships and friendships. Similar to low self-esteem, imposter syndrome thrives on fear and keeps us stuck in a vicious cycle which works to maintain our low self-esteem. This episode offers you a chance to say goodbye to imposter syndrome by firstly understanding what it is and what behaviours work to maintain it. It then gives you insight into how low self-esteem and imposter syndrome can give rise to sabotaging behaviours. As always, this episode offers practical support with how to overcome imposter syndrome.…
When we struggle with low self-esteem we struggle with self-responsibility which leads us to wrongly believe that our happiness, success and life is in the hands of others. We wait for people to change their behaviour before we feel we can be happy. We assume that someone will come along to support us with achieving our goals and desires, without realising that the only person responsible for all of this is ourselves. During this episode, I explain what responsibility is and the role it plays in raising our levels of self-esteem. Practical tips are given to support you with taking the first steps to be responsible for raising your levels of self-esteem.…
When we struggle with low self-esteem we struggle with self-trust which can make it hard for us to listen to and act on the directions given to us by our intuition. Our intuition is key in becoming the best versions of ourselves as it holds the directions needed to support us in unlocking our authentic power. This episode gives an explanation of what our intuition is, how ignoring it works to lower our self-esteem and steps we can take to tune into our intuition to support us in becoming our best selves, whilst increasing our levels of self-esteem. Are you ready to let go of fear and follow your intuition?…
Sometimes it feels easier to stay in a situation that you know you have outgrown because of the fear of what is on the other side. It could be staying in a toxic relationship, a draining friendship or an unfulfilling job. Whatever it is, if it no longer serves you and you are allowing fear to leave you stuck in it then you are only working to lower your self-esteem. This episode explains how holding onto something that has expired offers an open invitation for low level emotions associated with low self-esteem to take the front seat in your life, such as depression, anxiety, regret and guilt. It gives a clear indication of the signs that are present when you need to make the brave decision to let go to grow. As always practical and supportive tips are given to make letting go bearable. However, there is no guarantee that pain won't exist. But remember pain is a fertiliser for growth. Are you ready to let go to grow?…
The goal of raising your self-esteem is a journey that comes with good times and bad times. Similar to achieving other goals, there's going to be setbacks, detours and failures. These periods can lead to lots of of doubts, dark times and a place where we feel completely stuck and unsure of what step to take next. Although these periods are hard, like all emotions they come to pass through us and then they leave. If we stay stuck then we start to slowly lose sight of the person we are aiming to grow into, depression makes an appearance and then we stop believing in the possibility of becoming our best self. Although it does not seem like it, it is in these moments and within the confusion that we are building our levels of self-esteem. The doubts and dark times serve a purpose and this episode gives you practical tools and the empowerment you need to pick yourself back up, get unstuck and stay focused on evolving whilst raising you levels of self-esteem.…

If so, you are not alone! This episode explores how comparing our lives to the images that others post online works to lower our self-esteem. It also gives a gentle reminder that it does not make sense to compare our whole life to a snapshot image of a postive event in somebody else's life. Using tools based on self-acceptance this podcast introduces practical ways to ensure that you are inspired by the images that other people post online, rather than the achievements of others being a trigger for negative emotions which is a route for lowering your levels of self-esteem.…

One of the factors responsible for maintaining depression is inactivity. When we feel low, we do less, we feel worse, we have less energy and then the cycle continues. When we struggle with low self-esteem we find ourselves in situations that make us vulnerable to symptoms of depression, such as being in unhealthy/toxic or abusive relationships, people pleasing and not putting ourselves first. It is no wonder why we struggle to take the steps to become our best self when we are in the battle with our low self-esteem, as our depression zaps away any energy we have to make this possible. This episode explores the link between our low self-esteem and depression. It also gently guides you the listener through some actionable practical steps . One of which supports you in using your intuition to help discover what steps you know deep down need to be taken to raise your self-esteem and reduce your symptoms of depression. Are you ready to have a honest conversation with yourself?…
