Have you set a goal this year that still hasn't gotten the attention it deserves? You're not alone. The gap between setting goals and actually achieving them often comes down to four fundamental characteristics that separate wishful thinking from remarkable results. Clarity forms the foundation of all goal achievement—knowing exactly what you want and why you want it. Without this crystal-clear vision, even the most motivated among us can lose our way, forgetting the purpose behind our hard work.
