I'm gonna be breaking down my own struggles with mental health and offering a point of view that I think might be overlooked in the entire bubble that is mental health awareness. All of us who struggle thru the day to day, we get by. Somehow. And I dont know how I do it sometimes, and I wonder if some of y'all feel the same. But here we are.
