20 years ago, on February 4, 2004, in a small theater in Yelm, WA, a little documentary that would radically shift and reinvigorate the New Thought Movement opened in its first theater.
Hailed as the sleeper of the year by multiple top filmmaking magazines, What The BLEEP Do We Know?! went on to play on over 500 screens in the United States and become a worldwide phenomenon. The film advanced radically new ideas and introduced new leaders in New Thought, such as Dr Joe Dispenza and Lynn McTaggart. 20 years later, it still enjoys wide audience appeal and recognition for its impact.

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, CHRIS JASPER, an integral member of THE ISLEY BROTHERS during the 1970s and 1980s—their gold and platinum years—from the 3+3 (1973) to Between the Sheets (1983) albums. These were the years when THE ISLEY BROTHERS were a self-produced, self-contained group. If you are familiar with THE ISLEY BROTHERS, then you have heard the music of CHRIS JASPER, who was primarily responsible for writing and producing all of THE ISLEY BROTHERS music during this time, including such beautiful love songs as “For The Love of You” and “Between the Sheets” and uptempo funk such as “Fight the Power.” His arrangements and instrumentation as a classically-trained musician, and his expertise on the keyboards and synthesizers, are the foundation of the legendary “Isley Brothers Sound.” Re-recorded elements of "That Lady" are incorporated in " i ", the lead single of Kendrick Lamar 's 2015 album To Pimp a Butterfly . The song won the awards for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song at the 2015 Grammy Awards . Marvin and Ernie Isley joined CHRIS and formed ISLEY-JASPER-ISLEY. Without this crucial musical component, They were no longer a self-produced, self-contained group. BUT they topped the charts with Chris singing lead vocals on “Caravan of Love” (1985) It was also used in commercials as part of a Dodge Caravan advertising campaign. He was also awarded a CEBA Award For Excellence for a Miller Brewing Company commercial. His music has also been used in radio and television commercials, He continues to write songs and produce his own R&B/Gospel music (www.goldcitymusic.com). His music has been covered and sampled by hundreds of new and established recording artists, including Whitney Houston, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani, Fantasia, Will Smith, Alliyah, Queen Latifah, Notorious B.I.G., Tupac, Natalie Cole, and the list goes on and on. I have been Blessed to Meet, Learn, Train & Work along side of Several Civil Rights Icons. On of them was the Late The Honorable John Lewis (D,GA) who Fought & Marched in 2020 to the Very End!! I have attended events Remembering the History, People & Sacrifice. The Fight for Justice Continues Today in 2025 as People Take to the Streets to Voice their Opinions to Help Bring About Change. My Guest this Week was asked to join the Selma March in Alabama in 1965 by Dr. Martin Luther King. His name: Joseph Cooney Esq., then a newly ordained Priest. He also worked with SCLC in the Voters Registration Summers of 1966-67. In 1965,State Troopers Clashed with Citizens marching to Montgomery, Alabama to petition the state for African-American's Right to Vote. Many lives would change in this fight. Some lives both Black & White lost. The March from Selma to Montgomery was inspired by the death of Jimmie Lee Jackson was a civil rights activist in Marion, Alabama, and a deacon in the Baptist church. On February 18, 1965, while participating in a peaceful voting rights march in his city, he was beaten by troopers and shot by Alabama State Trooper John Bonard Fowler Jackson was unarmed and died eight days later in the hospital. His death was part of the inspiration for the Selma to Montgomery marches in March 1965, a major events in the American Civil Rights Movement that helped gain Congressional passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
