Breathing is automatic thanks to the brain stem. Yet HOW we breath can impact our energy, health, mood, and experiences. Dr. Ginger Garner is a professional singer and pelvic floor physical therapist and has done extensive research in the impact of our voice and pelvic floor with how we breath. Take some time to focus on awareness of your breath throughout the day: are you breathing rapid and shallow, slowly, high into your throat, or deep into your core.
