I'm in Orlando, FL and I saw this old hotel/motel that was turned into, yup, you guessed it, a shopping center/multi-use facility. There are shops on the bottom and offices on the top. It's like a mullet with business up front and party in the back! HA!

Love this imaginative way of adaptive reuse.
