Brandon Douglass is a dope Parkour practitioner and long time friend living in Denver Colorado. He has been on television shows and clinched 1st and 2nd place in multiple Parkour speed competitions. He also has his own podcast called "height drop" where he talks to parkour practitioners about their practice, methodologies, and ways of life.
We first met through a Parkour company called Apex Movement and quickly became friends. In this episode, we catch up after years apart and discuss current world affairs, the evolution of man (including Neural Link), human optimization, how to change your brain chemistry, and plenty of other topics.
