In This Episode, Nuriye talks with Ana and Thijmen about their experiences with exams and deadlines and all the stress that may come along. We as 3 TU/e students exchange tips and we find out we all have different preferences. Let's have some fun with our anecdotes and let yourself be inspired by our study hacks.

- How to handle stress?
- Get into the moment by breathing consciously or meditation
- Get out of your head by getting physical like dancing or yoga
- Talk with people about it and express your feelings
- Don’t give up your fun time, but schedule fun activities and breaks
- How to handle procrastination?
- Give yourself time to recharge and create mental space
- Try to find a way of working that makes you feel comfortable
- Make a priority list
- Use the Eisenhower method
- Use the Get Things Done method
- Use the pomodoro technique
- A useful rule of thumb is that 1 hour of lecture requires 4 hours of study and summarizing to fully understand it.
