My discovery of creative writing in summer school after failing english class, how I used writing in my own teenage rebellion, and how writing is now a way of talking about my traumatic past without actually talking about it. We'll delve into a poignant tale about my mother, who was swindled by a publishing agency, and how this influenced my path as a writer.
We're going all in with Dan's zombie novel. We'll discuss how my time in the military and my experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan have shaped the narrative.
