Welcome to episode thirty of our wonderfully awesome comedy and history podcast, Where You're From! Brought to you by husband and wife team, Max and Hitomi.

Max is British, Hitomi is a Japanese, Filipino, Chinese mix. Each episode we give you historical stories about each others cultures. It fun, it's educational, and it's a whole lot of funny!

This weeks episode is the final part of Hitomi's epic tale. We left it in episode 28 where the British and Spanish were battling it out for the rights to beautiful Manila. The British were winning somehow with a lot of help from their Indian friends, and the tea and biscuits were flowing. It was all looking good for them. Get ready for a great Spanish twist and a whole lot of ugliness from the Brits. But the British have never done anything wrong?! Right?..... Find out what exactly happened in the Battle of Manila.

Let's history!

***New episode every Tuesday***

Max became a sound engineer from episode 14, so much better audio quality starting from that episode. If you're new here and looking for a good episode to start on, episode 14 is a good place to start.
