What Were We Talking About?

In the second episode of What Were We Talking About? I go into length about what I perceive to be complacency and an acceptance of mediocrity in modern internet media (new media, if you wanna call it that). In traditional style I extrapolate way too far and end up talking about the education system (a topic I only have second hand knowledge of), and various other topics. I'm glad this didn't descend into blockchain talk like it usually does, phew. P.S. This was recorded before I had seen the This Is America video from Childish Gambino, a video which I think actually pushes the medium forward (a phrase I overuse in this post) and which is so dense it will probably require the longer format to even try and do justice to (not to suggest that I will be doing that, I don't think I could formulate my thoughts sufficiently to do a good job but it is something which merits a closer look).
