Blacks are disproportionately killed by white police officers and sentenced to prisons with longer terms and convicted more for crimes committed; this is an important saga as The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution abolished slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime. the Black men are sentenced to prison 17 times more than whites and given longer sentences for same crimes as white males.
