Good morning, Boston! Let's dive into what Mother Nature has in store for us today.
We're looking at a wet and wild weekend ahead, so grab your umbrellas and rain jackets! Today, expect showers rolling in after 2 pm, with temperatures climbing to a mild 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Winds will be dancing from the south at around 10 to 16 miles per hour, bringing a high chance of precipitation.
Tonight, the rain continues with showers likely before 7 pm, then tapering off to a drizzle. We'll see some patchy fog before 10 pm, and temperatures will dip down to around 33 degrees Fahrenheit. Those south winds will shift to the west after midnight.
Sunday brings an interesting mix! Expect a chance of rain in the afternoon, potentially transitioning to snow. Our high will hover near 41 degrees Fahrenheit, with winds swirling from northwest to northeast.
Hold onto your hats, because Sunday night is going to get interesting! We're looking at snowfall, possibly mixed with rain, with accumulations of 4 to 6 inches expected. Temperatures will plummet to a chilly 15 degrees Fahrenheit, with winds gusting up to 22 miles per hour.
