Good morning, Austin! I'm your friendly neighborhood weather guru, here to break down the upcoming forecast with a splash of personality.
Let's dive right in! Tonight, we're looking at a mostly cloudy evening with temperatures dipping to a chilly 42 degrees. A gentle south wind will be keeping us company at around 5 miles per hour.
Friday brings a slight chance of morning showers - about 20 percent - so maybe keep that umbrella handy. We'll see temperatures climbing to a pleasant 69 degrees with south southwest winds ranging 5 to 10 miles per hour and gusts up to 20 miles per hour.
The weekend's looking like a temperature roller coaster! Saturday starts sunny with a high near 61 degrees and north winds around 5 to 10 miles per hour. Saturday night gets seriously cold, dropping to around 30 degrees with those north winds still dancing.
Sunday continues the chilly trend with sunny skies and a high of just 44 degrees. Monday, which is Martin Luther King Day, will be partly sunny with a high near 41 degrees.
Now, here's where it gets interesting - Monday night we've got a 50 percent chance of snow. Yes, you heard that right, Texas! Temperatures will plummet to around 26 degrees.
Tuesday might see a few lingering snow flurries, with temperatures struggling to reach 37 degrees.
