We've got a tiny 10 percent chance of showers after 5 in the morning. Expect mostly cloudy conditions with temperatures dipping down to around 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Those gentle winds will be playing peek-a-boo, starting calm and then shifting to a light easterly breeze. Wednesday brings more drama with showers likely before 3 in the afternoon. Temperatures will cool down to a chilly 46 degrees Fahrenheit with a northeast wind around 5 miles per hour. Pack that umbrella because there's an 80 percent chance of precipitation, and we might see between a tenth and quarter inch of rainfall. Wednesday night gets pretty brisk. Temperatures plummet to 24 degrees Fahrenheit with northwest winds hitting 15 miles per hour and gusts up to 25 miles per hour. Bundle up, Atlanta! Thursday promises sunshine with a high of just 36 degrees Fahrenheit and those persistent northwest winds. Friday looks bright and slightly warmer, hitting 45 degrees Fahrenheit. The weekend ahead looks promising with mostly sunny skies and temperatures climbing to the low 50s. Sunday might throw a small 20 percent chance of showers just to keep things interesting.
