This episode is shared with some of my friends who have their own podcast known as “Life, Death, and Cookies.” That should grab your attention.

Oliver and Char Tanner invited me to join them and discuss my experiences in the area of life and death. And of course, when they mentioned that there would be cookies, I was in!

A couple of things before we cut into our discussion. First, we go pretty deep into discussing faith and spiritual things. If that isn’t your thing, I still invite you to listen in. There are some interesting things here that cover a range of topics around life. We talk about grief and grieving that goes along with any loss. We talk about places where we may find healing and ways to leave a legacy of memories for our families and friends. For myself, hiking trails are my place of healing and legacy.
