Influence is one of the most difficult things to aquire in any organization. For me personally it took some time to figure out how to acquire influence and respect over my team. The moment I got the revelation of how to influence my team in a healthy way I was able to develop and incredible, efficient team and one of my greatest assets in the organization I worked for.
