The time to revisit risk management practices and effective governance structures is more important than ever in higher education. The board of directors consists of 15 to 21 directors who are elected to serve by the voting members. The 2024 URMIA election will fill open positions on the board of directors, including one (1) president-elect, three (3) institutional member director seats, and one (1) affiliate member director seat. Nominations close July 17 and the election will open on August 1. Results will be announced in early September.
