Phillis T. Forrest began her passion for writing as she built her platform against the prevention of Child Sexual Abuse. Educating and bringing awareness about child sexual predators to the attention of mothers, she wrote her true to life story in her self-published book, Through A Child’s Eyes (2012) and DEVIANT: Secrets of a Predator (2015). A native of Detroit MI, Phillis raised two daughters and has three grandchildren. Once a hairstylist in Oak Park MI, she now resides in San Diego, CA. Challenging herself beyond her platform, Phillis has begun nurturing her imagination and creative flow, as she ventures into urban tales that she experiences being a product of Detroit, MI. Just when you think you have the story figure out, her novels will spin, twist, and flip you into a different direction.
