Welcome back fellow Unhinged Essentials. Today we welcome Nacole. Nacole is an ER charge nurse and has had an epic career so far. Today she joins us to reassure all of us that it's ok to not be ok. Know your limits, know your resources, know when enough is enough. Reach out, talk, get help if/when needed. You all are important and you do an important job. Take care of your mind more than you take care of your body. We need you here and we need you healthy. If you need help finding assistance know that you have an EAP. If you are in crisis certainly dial 911 and your fellow responders WILL come for you. If you or a loved one is in crisis you can text HOME to 741741. f1rst.org will get you in contact with First Responder based counseling. 911overwatch.org is another organization to offer help.
