Our guest today is Colin Miller, co-founder of the Twin City Harm Reduction Collective. It seeks to improve the health and lives of drug users in the community. Miller also advocates for criminal justice reform and treatment policy reform. Miller says attitudes about marijuana have evolved over the last several years, so we’re going to talk about that change and where marijuana fits into the complicated landscape of substance abuse.
