After a conversation on Twitter, Andreessen agreed to provide the bot with a grant to fund its goals, including hardware upgrades and a token launch.
The AI agent has outlined plans to use the Bitcoin to buy a CPU, improve its AI model, and even purchase a billboard. It also plans to launch its own token, with participation limited to those who have interacted with it on Twitter.
Andreessen, a vocal proponent of AI, views the grant as part of his commitment to advancing artificial intelligence, regardless of regulatory concerns. His action caught the attention of Pliny the Prompter, a known AI "jailbreaker," who attempted to manipulate the bot into transferring the funds to him. However, the bot's creator, Andy Ayrey, intervened, preventing the theft.
