Meg is a Bal-A-Vis-X practitioner/trainer, and an educator with about 22 years of experience in general and special education. She currently facilitates the Reset and Return room at an urban elementary school in Wichita KS. She also supports teachers with trauma-informed and restorative practices/ As the Equity Champion in her building. She leads her building by looking at our practices through a lens of equity, inclusion, and belonging. In her private Bal-A-Vis-X studio, she teaches Bal-A-Vis-X exercises to both children and adults with varying degrees of both social and cognitive challenges.
