We are BACK with a new season of The Thirst Time.

This show aims to explore the trajectories of some of the leading figures and creative folks in the Craft Beer industry today.

This week we sit down with Pete & Michelle from Equilibrium Brewery, based in Middletown, New York.

Pete has a heavy love for Science, he actually got a PHD in water chemistry before founding EQ and Michelle was a fan of the brewery before coming on to translate Pete's love of science into their visually stunning output.
