في عمر 28 فقط، أنجزت فيه زهور جمعة الكثير، حيث نشرت العديد من المقالات البحثية، وسافرت حول أفريقيا كمحللة أبحاث مع الأمم المتحدة، وحالياً تصنع اسماً لها في اقتصاد الشرق كباحثة وكاتبة. وهناك في استوديوهات الصباح مع صبا، تعرفت على زهور، التي تشاركت وإياها الطموح والحماس للعمل على أحلام كبيرة ومشاريع ضخمة.

ووقع خياري عليها كمثال حي لإشباع فضولي والتعرف عن قرب على جيل زد ووجهة نظره في سوق العمل، طرحت على زهور وابل من الأسئلة عن طموحها، الفرق بين المرأة والرجل في مكان العمل، التوازن بين الحياة والعمل، ملفها الوظيفي الحافل بالإنجازات في مجالات مختلفة، وما هي مخططاتها المستقبلية لمسيرتها المهنية في سوق عمل تنافسي.

At 28, Zouhour Jomaa has written several published research articles, traveled around Africa as a research analyst with the UN, and is currently making a name for herself at Asharq Business as a researcher and writer. That’s where I met Zouhour, the home of Al Sabah Maa Cyba, where we connected over our shared ambition and vigor for work with big dreams and big plans.

Curious about how Gen Z is navigating the workplace, I had a lot of questions to ask Zouhour about her aspirations, differences between men and women in the workplace, work-life balance, the prominence of a career portfolio, and how she plans to pave a path for herself in a competitive job market.
