In today's show we hear from Robin Rivaton, CEO of Stonal, which launched in the UK at the start of the summer following a strong record in France.

Stonal is an AI-powered platform that enables asset owners and managers to make informed decisions based on trustworthy data, helping to preserve and enhance the value of portfolios and ensuring the ongoing liquidity of assets.

The platform provides benefits to asset managers primarily across ESG, data extraction and data quality. Whilst not an AI company, Stonal also uses automation to extract document information and ultimately aims to make real estate a considerably more liquid asset.

Robin already boasts a career of incredible experience. A former Venture Capitalist, a former columnist with the major French newspaper Le Figaro, Robin is very well known on the French PropTech scene, he is the author of 7 books focused on urban challenges, a board member of 7 startups, and he sits as an independent director of 4 property developers and REITs.
